This Privacy Policy describes how Mamato Technology & Security (“Mamato”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use mamatotech.com, related product sites, and our mobile applications (including Kaira 9 and other Kaira apps we publish).

1. Who we are

Mamato Technology & Security is based in Sukuta, Dalaba Estate, The Gambia. For privacy questions, contact 20| support@mamatotech.com or info@mamatotech.com.

2. Website and marketing (mamatotech.com)

When you contact us, request an assessment, subscribe to our newsletter, or download resources, we may collect:

• Name and contact information (email, phone)
• Company or organization name

• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited (typical web logs / analytics if enabled)

We use this information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide services
• Schedule consultations and assessments
• Send requested resources and newsletters (with your consent)
• Improve our services and website

Client data is handled confidentially and securely. We follow professional ethics in all engagements. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Kaira mobile apps

Different Kaira products process different kinds of data. Always check the in-app permission prompts. Below we describe products that are especially relevant for public app stores.

3.1 Kaira 9 (contacts number migration)

50| Kaira 9 helps users in The Gambia update phone contacts for the national mobile numbering change from 7 digits to 9 digits (PURA).

• Contacts: With your permission, the app reads and updates phone numbers in your device address book. Processing happens on your device.
• Local backups: Optional backups created by the app are stored only on your 60| device so you can undo a migration.
• Files you choose: If you import or export CSV / vCard files, those files are processed on your device (or in your browser for the web version). We do not upload them to Mamato servers.
• No account: Kaira 9 does not require a Mamato login and does not send your contacts to our cloud.

3.2 Other Kaira workplace apps

Apps such as Kaira One, Hotel, HR, and related suites may collect account, workplace, and operational data needed to provide those services (for example login identity, tenant 80| membership, and business records you create). That data is processed under your organization’s agreement with Mamato and our product terms. We do not sell it.

4. Permissions

Depending on the product, we may request:

• Contacts (Kaira 9) — to scan and update numbers for the 7→9 migration
• Files / documents — only when you pick a file to import or export
• Camera / photos / location — only in products that need them for a clear feature (for example attendance or receipts), and only after you grant permission

You can revoke permissions in your device settings. Doing so may limit features.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate our website or cloud products (under contracts)
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety
• With your organization, when you use a workplace / tenant product administered by them

Kaira 9 contact data is not shared with Mamato because it is not uploaded.

6. Retention

• Website inquiries: retained as needed to respond and for legitimate business records
• Kaira 9: contacts and backups remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app
• Workplace products: retained per your organization’s settings and agreements

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the services we offer. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong device passcodes and keep apps updated.

8. Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 120|

9. Your choices

• Email us to access, correct, or delete inquiry data we hold about you
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages
• For Kaira 9, manage contacts and local backups on your device, or uninstall the app
• For workplace apps, contact your organization administrator for account and data requests

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of our website or apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
